Data Retention

ServiceFlow stores customer records, sites, jobs, templates, documents, staff records, reports, uploaded photos and operational safety records while a business account is active.

Plan limits

• Starter includes 2GB storage. Job photos can be retained for up to 90 days, and admins can choose 30 or 90 days.
• Growth includes 10GB storage and up to 90-day job photo retention.
• Pro includes 25GB storage and up to 180-day job photo retention.
• 180/365-day retention, extra storage or higher usage may require an add-on or a higher plan.
• Video uploads are not included as standard.

ServiceFlow applies fair-use storage and upload limits so the platform remains affordable for small service businesses. When a business reaches its storage quota, normal app access remains available, but new uploads may be blocked until old files are removed or extra storage is arranged.

Businesses can review storage usage and delete old files from storage management inside the app. Deleted files may not be recoverable, so admins should check whether a file is still needed before removing it.

Businesses are responsible for managing what they upload, choosing appropriate retention settings for their work, and deciding which documents or records should remain available. Support can help with storage upgrades, longer retention or larger plan limits.
