ServiceFlow stores business information, customer and job data, staff profile data, uploaded documents, job photos, incident records and operational notes added by authorised users.

Businesses are responsible for making sure they have a lawful basis to add customer and staff data to ServiceFlow and for deciding what data is shared through customer portal access.

ServiceFlow does not intentionally show internal staff records, incidents, training records or compliance documents to customers unless an authorised business user marks an item as customer visible where that feature exists.

Access controls are designed around business ownership, user roles and explicit customer portal links so records are only shown to users who are intended to see them.
