Terms
ServiceFlow is provided as a job scheduling and field service operations tool for businesses that manage customers, sites, staff, documents, photos, reports and related operational records.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they add, the way authorised users access the system, how customer and staff data is used, and ensuring their own legal, safety and compliance duties are met.
Paid access is intended to continue at £30/month after a 30-day free trial unless the business cancels or the subscription is otherwise ended through the available billing process.
Plan limits and fair use
ServiceFlow plans include user, storage and retention limits. These limits help keep the service reliable, fast and affordable for the service businesses using it.
ServiceFlow may block new uploads when a business reaches its storage limit. Normal account access may remain available so the business can view records, delete old files, manage billing or contact support.
Video uploads are not included unless specifically enabled. Businesses should not use ServiceFlow as a long-term archive outside their plan limits. Extra storage, higher usage or longer retention may require an add-on or a higher plan.
ServiceFlow may restrict access where an account is unpaid, suspended or used in a way that puts other users, data or platform reliability at risk.
This page provides general product and policy information. It is not legal advice, and each business should review its own obligations for customers, staff, documents and retained records.
