No. ServiceFlow Starter can be started on a 30-day free trial without entering card details.
Starter includes up to 2 admin users and up to 3 staff users. Admin users are owner/admin accounts. Staff users are worker accounts.
Admin users manage the business, settings, customers, jobs, documents and billing. Staff users use the mobile workflow for assigned jobs, training, photos and incidents.
No. Customer portal users do not count towards admin or staff user limits.
Starter includes 2GB storage, Growth includes 10GB and Pro includes 25GB. Job photos, documents, incident photos, training files and business assets count towards storage.
Video uploads are not included as standard. Video access may require an add-on and is not part of the default Starter, Growth or Pro setup.
Normal app access remains available, but new uploads may be blocked until old files are deleted or extra storage is arranged.
Yes. Growth and Pro are available by contacting support while self-serve Stripe upgrades are being prepared.
Starter and Growth support up to 90-day job photo retention. Pro supports up to 180 days, and longer retention may require a support-arranged add-on.

No. ServiceFlow is job management software for service businesses. Cleaning, facilities management, pest control, window cleaning, maintenance and contractor teams are examples, not limits.
